awesome! am i able to use this on my single cylinder motorcyle which does not have a rpm reader? like a ignition pickup cable or something?

Yes - I would follow any instructions or guidelines for similiar units in your application. Commonly you can either tap an IGT signal (for digital ignition) or a wire off your distributor/coil -- you'll have to research which connection is the best. Alternatively, you could try simply wrapping the wire around the insulation (outside) of your spark plug wire to inductively read the spark - but this hasn't been tested in this application. Feel free to share your experience in the forums, i'm eager to hear how it works.

I converted version 1 to CAN. I'll work on getting this going on CAN too.

I just put my V1 equivelent on github. I have two versions, one is just the strip and one is the full setup. I did rewrite most of the code just because. lol.

Hello,
I want to use it on my golf mk1 rally car that has a disturbitor not a ecu What changes do I have to do to make it work with it ?

the main question is how do i get this v2 should i need to made it or it will be a complete product so i can buy it.. im from india im having a single cylinder bike (200CC), it does have an rpm guage i just need this ckt...finding a way, waiting for your reply!!
